Prices

The prices range between €130 and €250 depending on the season and specific requirements. Rates are per room, per night.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, calculated on the total reservation amount.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation communicated at least 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, net of any bank charges.

Tourist Tax

In compliance with local regulations, guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €1 per person. This tax is not included in the cost of the stay and will be collected at check-out. Exemptions are available for children under 14 and other categories specified by the municipality.

Check-in and Check-out Times

- Check-in: From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM

- Check-out: By 11:00 AM, with the possibility to store luggage after check-out.

Children

On request, we can provide a crib and/or a high chair to ensure the comfort of little ones.

Pets

While we love animals, unfortunately, due to condominium rules, we cannot accommodate pets.
